Acts 9:1-19, Colossians 2:6-7 Saul was disciplined, passionate, and certain he was serving God—yet his life was moving in the opposite direction of Jesus. Everything changed on the road to Damascus when an encounter with Christ transformed his identity, direction, and purpose. His story reminds us that a rooted life begins when Jesus becomes the center of everything, not simply another part of our lives. We don’t add Jesus to the plans we’ve already made; we surrender our plans to Him. As fall routines begin and our calendars quickly fill, may we intentionally build our schedules, priorities, and lives around Christ rather than trying to fit Him into whatever space remains.
