ATTEMPTING TO TAME THE ULTIMATE BEAST BBQ CHALLENGE | BOBBIE LANES BBQ

I am at Bobbie Lanes BBQ in Decatur, IL and I'm here to attempt the Ultimate Beast challenge. The Ulitmate Beast consists of a full pound each of their pulled pork, smoked brisket, and smoked turkey. There are also two smoked sausages and four slices of Texas toast. I also must choose three sides and I went with their fried okra, smoked corn, and baked beans with brisket. I have just 30 minutes to complete this and if I do I will become the first winner of the challenge, receive the $85 meal for free, get an awesome T-shirt and go up on their Wall of Fame!
