What to do in Comox Valley BC || Vancouver island adventure

Today I go on an epic adventure with a very old friend of mine and his brother. We start our adventure in Nymph falls in Comox BC. We hang out in the falls for a bit and work our way to Medicine bowls or medicine pots. Either way we got our nature medicine. Then Ross tries his hands at log walking a good ol log walkin adventure.
