"How P.I.N.C.O. Porcelain Insulators Are Made" (c. 1935-38)

Courtesy of the NIA archives. Sourced from a VHS telecine of a 16mm film. According to insulatorchronicles, this transfer was done poorly resulting in large portions of the audio dropping out and being replaced with the pulsating sound of the projector sprocket. For the sake of enjoyable viewing, I have muted those portions. If anyone knows about the whereabouts of the original film reel, please contact me.
