What if, in someone else’s story, *you’re the person who caused the hurt?* We spend a lot of time talking about the people who traumatized us, betrayed us, disappointed us, or left scars behind. But how often do we stop and ask: *What is it like to experience me?* In this episode of *Kerah Speaks*, I’m talking about the uncomfortable side of accountability—the possibility that we have caused deep hurt in other people’s lives, even when we didn’t intend to. Sometimes people move through life carrying their own unhealed wounds while desperately trying to connect, leaving hurt and chaos behind them along the way. And sometimes, instead of confronting what happened, we soften the story: “We just didn’t work out.” “We grew apart.” “It wasn’t meant to be.” But what if there’s more to the story? Acknowledging that you hurt someone doesn’t mean you’re a horrible person. It means you’re willing to see yourself clearly enough to grow. Maybe the question isn’t only *“Who hurt me?”* Maybe sometimes we need to ask: **Who did I hurt? What did it feel like to love me? What scars did I leave behind? What is it like to experience ME?** 🎙️ Kerah Speaks #KerahSpeaks #WhatIsItLikeToExperienceYou #SelfReflection #Accountability #SelfAwareness #HealingJourney #EmotionalHealing #PersonalGrowth #InnerWork #Relationships #BreakingCycles #Growth #Healing #TraumaHealing #SelfAccountability
