Iron Bramble Demo any% speedrun 2:23.08 (2:29:967 Retimed)

I've been grinding out runs today to the point it's started to affect my performance. So many runs ended in the first 3 or 4 rooms. Got this pretty good run after a couple of hours. I think it's pretty clean compared to my previous full runs. You guys, OBS and my editing software have been messing with me. I wasn't quite sure what time this actually was, but after retiming it a 3rd or 4th time, I think the time in the title is actually right. I want to give thanks to ‪@mzntori‬ and m36z for the strats I've been lifting. 🙏 I don't want to take credit for their ideas. I think there are new ideas being cooked up that could lead to a 2:20 or lower.
