The music begins with the deep resonance of the janggu and buk, gradually joined by the sharp energy of the kkwaenggwari, the deep resonance of the jing, the lively movement of the sogo, and ritual bells. The shamanic vocal performance moves between chanting, spoken-sung phrases, cries, and powerful ritual calls rather than following the structure of a conventional song. The entire piece follows a journey of stillness → tension → acceleration → climax → purification → peace. At the climax, rapidly intensifying percussion and powerful ritual vocals create the feeling of releasing illness and heavy energy.
