⛳️#01 - ISLAND RETURNS | IN THE GOLD RIVER PROJECT
#games #walkthrough #survivalgame #survivalgames #survival #indygames #letsplay #nocommentary #goldriver
👋Elsa has returned to the islands of the Gold River. She decided that spending her weekend among towering pines, abandoned cabins, and fresh mountain air would be far better than wasting it in a noisy, overcrowded industrial city.
◾The first thing that immediately stands out is the redesigned inventory system. Every item in the game world now occupies just a single slot. Convenient? Absolutely. However, inventory size and storage capacities have been significantly reduced as well, making resource management a much bigger part of the survival experience.
◾For now, I’m not planning a full survival season for this game. The reason is simple: future updates may introduce new bugs that could seriously affect progression, and I'd rather wait and see how things develop.
◾That said, during this session alone, several bugs have already been discovered.
47:55 — Take a close look at the inventory. You'll notice that rags cannot be stacked together into a pile of eight. This is definitely a bug, and chances are it affects other items throughout the game as well.
◾Still, despite the rough edges, the game remains surprisingly enjoyable and absolutely playable.
◾The developers have also introduced several new game modes. If you're tired of being chased by aggressive wildlife or struggling to find useful loot, you may want to try the new PEACEFUL mode. It offers a much more relaxed survival experience while allowing you to explore the world at your own pace.
◾As for Elsa, she has only just arrived. A campfire is crackling on a tiny island, supplies are scarce, and a long summer of survival lies ahead. The wilderness of the Gold River is as beautiful as ever—but surviving here is never guaranteed.
👋Enjoy the video, and good luck out there, survivors!
