The Green Mountain Federal 5 was spudded at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 18, 2026. The plan for this first section is to drill a 26" hole to 600 feet and set 20" O.D. conductor casing at that depth. The conductor casing gives the well a stable foundation for the drilling ahead.
