Racing down Ben Lomond - Mountain Bike vs Hill Runner!

Riding Ben Lomond on the mountain bike in one go racing my friend Brian who ran it in a very impressive time! It's a long physical descent and I was finding it difficult to hold on in the lower half - the hands became firmly like hooks!
