In the game, one of the Rabbids hits the other Rabbid on the head with a club, causing him to become dazed. The player must guide a reaction cell through a maze of bones, holes, and springs to the opposite side of the brain within 28 seconds, depending on the part of the game. If the player succeeds, the Rabbid who was hit will use the club to hit the other Rabbid.
