Breaking in my first NINJA 500 (PURE SOUND)

Any recommendations for a mic for recording and like GoPro mounts would be appreciated! I have a shoei x15 now (was using my AGV K1 with a cardo for this) any upgrade recommendations would be appreciated as well!
