My First Time "Shopping Mall" (PSYCHOSURGERY/NO UPGRADES)

Normally I dont upload the first playthrough of a new main trial as thats normally reserved for stream but this release I did sth different and went ahead and relapsed right before attempting "Kill the Politician" on Psychosurgery. This means my first playthrough besides being on the highest difficulty was also without any Rig, AMPs or Prescriptions. Hope you enjoy!
