Lauki ke Gatte ki Sabji I राजस्थानी लौकी के गट्टे की सब्जी I Pankaj Bhadouria
Here is a summer special recipe- Lauki ke Gatte ki Sabji .
You would have tried a gatte ki sabji, a lauki ki sabji but have you ever tried a Lauki ke Gatte ki Sabji ?
This Lauki ke Gatte ki Sabji is a traditional Rajasthani recipe.
Grated bottle gourd is mixed with spices, besan and a little paneer and kneaded to a dough from which gatte is made.
This Lauki ke Gatte ki Sabji is definitely healthier than lauki ke kofte as it is not fried but boiled.
The gravy enriched with yoghurt adds a tangy flavour to the curry that makes it delightful and also helps to cut down on the heat of the red chilies.
