Cxbx-Reloaded - NASCAR Heat 2002 goes ingame for the first time [XBOX Emulation]

Cxbx-Reloaded can be downloaded here: https://github.com/Cxbx-Reloaded/Cxbx... Over the past week, I've been working on improving the state of NASCAR Heat 2002 in Cxbx-Reloaded. In that time, I got the game from crashing on startup to being almost playable! Graphics are near perfect, audio is there (with bugs), saving works. A few more bug fixes and maybe the game will be perfect.
