Civic Space 2 (2026) - Pro-Unity: An Introduction

Civic Space 2 is an inter-community initiative which aims to protect and develop dialogue and promote reconciliation and conflict transformation. It has partnered with the New Gate Arts and Cultural Centre, the ABC Health and Leisure Centre (Ardoyne), Compass Points, the GAA and other organisations and bodies. The project operates in an environment of mutual respect and parity of esteem; engagement in an environment that promotes constructive dialogue, listening and freedom of opinion; civic participation and the communication of civic values. It aims to build constructive engagements that draw public attention to issues related to the community/constitutional divide. All the material is free to use on social media or in any way that you see fit to use it. All materials are referenced and were correct at the time of their production. We worked with partners to determine the content of the following animations in terms of representing the voice of those who were either pro-unity or pro-UK.
