Awakening Will (Mega Man Zero 2) -- Oscilloscope Deconstruction

Composer: Ippo Yamada Notes: The staff roll theme. Like Area of Zero before it, this song was composed by Ippo Yamada and doesn't loop. It is just a few seconds longer than Area of Zero. This song is a remix of Departure. Most of the channels have relatively small roles in the song, only being audible for a short section of the piece. Channel 2, however, is the opposite. It plays throughout the song and usually plays many notes at a time. It's busy enough that it could probably be split into 2 or 3 channels itself. I really like the last chord in this channel. Usually I can't hear it because of channel 4 playing over it. Channel 12 is another one I didn't hear until making this video. It adds a nice acoustic guitar sequence to the song. Overall, Awakening Will is one of my favorite Zero series songs. Departure's lietmotif is always a treat, and the harmonies between all these different channels make it even better.
