Digitalising Lagos Real Estate Been A Mess

For 6yrs, Lagos govt have launched different real estate digitalisation programme, from electronic C of O, e-portal for building permit, Lagos GIS etc. . So far, there have been some progress, registered survey can now be verified online, certificate of occupancy are now signed digitally without the Governor signing in person. . In addition, the GIS building at Alausa secretariat is now standing, and for over 2years, Governor's consent application in Lagos is now online. .
