Diving Egypt Red Sea - Soma Bay, Safaga / Tauchen Ägypten Rotes Meer

Soma Bay (Ras Abu Soma) is a large bay just outside of Safaga. Soma Bay is known for its excellent kite surfing area and of course for its great reef. The reef of Ras Abu Soma is so spectacular safari ships will stop occasionally. The Orca Dive Club Soma Bay is located at the 4-star hotel Breakers. From there, it is a short walk over the bridge to the drop-off reef at Ras Abu Soma. But the area around Safaga has of course also other highlights: Salem Express, Panorama Reef, Gamul Soraya, Abu Kafan, Middle Reef, ...The divers have access to 20 different dive sites overall. Soma Bay (Ras Abu Soma) ist eine große Bucht etwas außerhalb von Safaga. Soma Bay ist bekannt für sein hervorragendes Kitesurfgebiet und natürlich für sein tolles Riff. Das Riff von Ras Abu Soma ist so spektakulär, dass Safarischiffe gelegentlich anhalten. Der Orca Dive Club Soma Bay befindet sich im 4-Sterne-Hotel Breakers. Von dort ist es ein kurzer Spaziergang über die Brücke bis zum Drop-Off-Riff von Ras Abu Soma. Aber die Gegend um Safaga hat natürlich auch andere Highlights: Salem Express, Panorama Riff, Gamul Soraya, Abu Kafan, Middle Reef, ...
