Yesterday Morning

Yesterday morning I saw want i called upon in action, the awareness on was on point. A brother ask if i had a lighter as I was riding by., wasn’t thinking about a cigarette until he ask if I had a lighter. Him saying that to me took me off course — my purpose for going to the store was to get a bottle of water. I turn around to go back, only rode about 30yards from my main purpose. Went in the store got my water walked out, saw the young man sitting down on the sidewalk with his back leaning against the stores wall. “I had to trick the mind in that moment and trade spiritual places.” Mind you; He showed me a partial weakness/lingering. when he said “Hey OG., you gotta lighter?” Im thinking about cigs now, “you gotta lighter?” was sticky asf!!! I unlocked my bike rolling out the parking lot “Damn!” I forgot my smokes. Went back in paid the fee walked back out paused, and visualize myself sitting on the sidewalk with my back against the wall. “Spit second-ish!” I saw him handing me a pack of cigs with a lighter in my hand. “He handed me a pack of cigs!” Blended, while walking over to him, handed him the cigarettes he didn’t ask me for a cigarette he ask if I had a lighter, or light. I gave “it” back, that partial weakness. Got back on my bike and peacefully rode off towards the house. “I caught that throw!”
