Stop eyeballing CR math mid-session. The Skirmish Log builds a fully balanced combat encounter from all 330 SRD 5.2.1 monsters, set your party's level, size, and difficulty, and it rolls a roster that actually fits your XP budget, live difficulty gauge included.
Pick an encounter shape (a single strong boss, a balanced group, or a swarm), filter by creature type or environment, or just search for a specific monster and add it by hand. Every card shows a real tactics line pulled from that creature's own abilities (flanks, ambushes, spends legendary actions) so you're not improvising behavior at the table. Roll battlefield terrain features to match the environment, save encounters for later, and print a clean stat-block sheet when you'd rather run it on paper.
Bring named NPCs from The Ledger straight into combat as real statted combatants, and when you're ready to run it live, link the whole encounter into Fantasy Grounds Unity with one command, no manual token building.
