Plumes Du Paradis In English

From May 12 to November 8, 2026, the Quai Branly – Jacques Chirac Museum in Paris will host an exhibition dedicated to the birds of New Guinea Feathers from Paradise (Plumes du Paradis) Through nearly 190 items—ornaments, paintings, taxidermy specimens, fashion accessories, and illustrated books—the exhibition explores five centuries of fascination with these spectacular creatures, bringing together perspectives from art, science, ethnology, and ecology.
