Team Member of the Year – Stacey Wright

Stacey’s path with Goodwill Central Texas reflects sustained growth, leadership, and a commitment to both her team and our mission. She began while in a sober living program, working to rebuild stability and create a better future for herself and her family. Over six years, Stacey has advanced from retail to our e-commerce team, which she joined in 2021. She has become a leader there, serving as a key point of contact for the AI pilot program, where she supported implementation, guided teammates through new processes, and helped ensure a successful rollout. Her Upward coach notes that she was one of the first AI specialists on the team. Outside of work, Stacey has regained custody of her children, built a stable home, and become a mentor who uplifts her peers through her own experience. Her coach describes her as always willing to help her peers and says her story reflects a deep commitment to growth and responsibility. Stacey demonstrates strong leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to helping others succeed while contributing to innovation within Goodwill.
