A device misfires and you start shrinking, and it doesn't stop. You fall into a rug and meet a dust mite, then end up in someone's blood, inside a white blood cell, on a strand of its DNA, inside one carbon atom, inside a proton, and finally below anything anyone has ever measured.
The readout in the corner is your size the whole way down. The sizes are real: a dust mite is about a quarter of a millimetre long, a red blood cell is about 8 micrometres across, DNA is 2 nanometres wide, a carbon atom is about 0.3 nanometres, and its nucleus is roughly 60,000 times smaller than that. Below about 10⁻¹⁸ metres nobody has measured anything, so the last part of the video is a guess, not a picture of real physics. The smallest length physics can describe is the Planck length, 1.6 × 10⁻³⁵ metres.
You are about 10³⁵ times bigger than the Planck length, and the observable universe is only about 10²⁷ times bigger than you. You are closer in size to the whole universe than to the smallest thing physics knows about.
