Welcome to today's Art of War Battle Report featuring Michael's Dread Mob, Wreckas and Bully Boyz Orks versus John's Assault Brethren, Gravis Siege Force and Ironstorm Spearhead Ultramarines! As always, this competitive Battle Report is going to focus on the tactics and strategies employed by two of the best players in the world. How do the first two Codexes of 11th edition stack up against eachother? Can the new Space Marines match the Orks' ludicrous amounts of DAKKA? Michael's Orks are led by Nazdreg and his 6 Meganobz, two Meks leading two squads of Tankbustas, three Big Mek Dakkarigs inlduing one with the Dreadherder enhancement, and a lone Warboss. They're supported by two squads of Gretchin, two squads of 6 Killa Kans, and a Trukk. John's Ultramarines are led by Roboute Guilliman, and he's supported by two squads of 5 Heavy Intercessors, two Impulsors, 6 Aggressors with the Furious Assault upgrade, two squads of 3 Eradicators with Melta Rifles and one with Heavy Bolters, 3 Inceptors with Plasma Exterminators, a squad of Reivers, and two Repulsor Executioners.
