Easy Peasy Peanut Butter Cookies, Yummy Too!

These cookies are truly quick and easy to make. They freeze well also, give them a try. RECIPE: 1 stick salted butter 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 large egg 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 cup of peanut butter Separate bowl: 1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt Mix butter, sugar, then egg and vanilla add peanut butter. Once mixed, add dry ingredients. Refrigerate for 20-30 mins Pre heat 350-degree oven Form cookies into 1 inch balls, press down with fork, sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 7-10 minutes, check after 7 minutes to avoid over baking. Let rest on cookie sheet for 5 minutes until firm. ENJOY!
