OK…where were we? Well, we're back in Las Vegas! This time, I'm checking into Park MGM Las Vegas for a quick overnight stay—and although I only had about 24 hours, there was one very important reason for the trip: dinner at Bazaar Meat by José Andrés. In this video, I'll take you inside my Park MGM King room, talk about the things I liked, point out a few peculiarities I noticed, and share my thoughts on the room, cleanliness, service and value. I'll also give you a look at Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, the spectacular Spanish-influenced steakhouse that recently moved from the Sahara to the Palazzo. This isn't your typical Las Vegas steakhouse, and the combination of live-fire cooking, creative dishes and incredible meats makes it one of the restaurants I've been wanting to experience for quite some time. And because this trip was about more than just the hotel, we'll also go OFF THE STRIP for lunch in Las Vegas Chinatown, where my siblings and I stopped at Ramen Aku for some seriously satisfying ramen. I'll be returning in the future for a proper top-to-bottom look at the property. And if you're looking for something a little different from the usual Las Vegas steakhouse experience, don't overlook Bazaar Meat. Have you stayed at Park MGM? Have you eaten at Bazaar Meat? And what Las Vegas restaurant should I try next? Leave your suggestions in the comments!
