It's not that I ever need an excuse for a weekend in the Lake District but... when I heard that the guys at Wild Deer Events were hosting a 10k trail event in the beautiful village of Grasmere, I packed my bags and off I went! When I got there I realised that not only was there a trail run and canicross event happening, there was a duathlon too! What a morning!
