AI Builder Invoice Form Processing with Approval using Power Apps and Power Automate

Welcome to my new session on AI Builder Form Processing. Here we have taken an example for one full solution for Invoice Scanning, Processing and Approval Process with help of AI Builder’s Form Processing model, Power Apps and Power Automate. This is the perfect example of AI Builder, Power Apps, and Power Automate AI Builder = This will train our form processing AI Model Power Apps = We can consume our AI Builder Form Processing model inside the Power Apps Power Automate = Upon successful submission of the form, we will store the data to the SharePoint list. The approval flow will be triggered. Upon successful approval process, we can Approve/Reject the invoices and that will be updated to the SharePoint list. We will talk about the Form Processing AI model in detail with this session. We will create, train, and publish our AI Builder demo. Once our Form Processing model will be developed, we will consume AI model in Power Apps.
