What If You Kept Shrinking?

You start at 5 feet 9 inches in your living room. Then you shrink, and you don't stop. The carpet becomes a forest. A bread crumb becomes a boulder. A dust mite feeds on the skin you shed, a single hair lies across your path like a fallen tree, and a drop of water rises like a glass mountain. You fall in, past a tardigrade, into a swarm of bacteria, onto a cell wall just as a virus lands. Then the water itself turns into molecules, the molecules into atoms, and the atom turns out to be almost completely empty. All the way down to the Planck length, the smallest size our physics can describe. #WhatIf #WhatIfYouKeptShrinking #Shrinking #ScaleOfTheUniverse #MicroscopicWorld #DustMite #Tardigrade #POV #Science #3DAnimation
