Causing a Ruckus

The plaintiff says she rented a room from the defendant. She claims all was well until the defendant’s boyfriend showed up and moved right in. She alleges she left after the defendant came at her with a crowbar, but the woman won’t return her security deposit, so she’s suing to get it back. The defendant says the plaintiff was a slob who moved out with no notice and destroyed a room on her way out. She’s countersuing for additional damages. 26-340
