India’s New Telecom Manufacturing Hub
India is setting up a 350-acre Telecom Manufacturing Zone (TMZ) in Gwalior to reduce its dependence on imported telecom equipment, particularly from China. The zone has attracted applications from 24 companies with proposed investments of around ₹5,500 crore.
