Take this into account when determining the attack power of a skill. All other ATK elements for respective body parts are resisted. Air Attacks are focued on the tail purely for ease of demonstration purpose. If a Blood Art doesn't have any auxiliary effects listed on the side, it typically focuses more on dealing higher than average base damage. All Blood Arts are demonstrated with a Stock R15 "Reinforced" Weapon as well as default R1 Gun & Shield. Don't get offended. Tornado Carnage isn't dumb. Its just impractical in a game like this.
