1993 Eureka Self propelled 5151A

Ok, this rare vac was a trash find about 2 years ago now, the belt had snapped and there was a screw in the self propelled potion of the handle, locking it in manual. The cable is also broken so it doesn't propel forward or backwards. It's a great vacuum, has a Vibragroomer-2 and takes regular F&G bags.
