East Somerset Railway Spring Gala 2026 - A rare visit from Diesel Railcar GWR W22

Coverage from East Somerset Railway's Spring Gala with a special visitor. Over the weekend of the 14-15 March saw the East Somerset Railway hosting their Spring Gala. Including 4110, 4555, 7752 and Diesel Railcar GWR W22 - the first time the Railcar has left its home base of Didcot in 36 years. The gala offered a stereotypical GWR branchline theme with the early diesel unit working the line that served local services through Cranmore from the 1940s up until closure. Thanks for watching.
