Flins Premium team Sucrose vs Xilonen C2

Tcers were assuming you need to build er on flins to get to big burst every other rotation but as you can see my flins is rocking 116% er which is the minimum for c1r1 but the double fav and 50 energy from xilonen does wonders, if i leveled my Bina and got Ineffa a weapon the gap would be more noticeable
