If you want to juggle 7, 8, 9, or more rings you will need to be able to start properly. It is tough to hold that many rings in one hand and release them accurately so you can start your juggling pattern. In the video, Niels shows you how to hold the rings, where to put your fingers in between the rings so you can grip them and also set up the juggling patter when you do numbers juggling.
