Calamity Mod v2.2.4
Infernum Mode v2.0.1.35
Playlist: • Terraria Calamity Infernum (+Other Addons)...
Calamity Mod has concluded development and its addons have also gone stagnant, likely meaning no major changes will be made to any of these bosses.
I'm refighting every boss to showcase them, as well as how to dodge all of their attacks to the best of my ability.

At the bottom of the 4th layer of the Infernum Abyss, the Terminus is embedded in the ground. Mining it causes the Terminus to rise, glowing, but being stolen by the Primordial Wyrm as the battle begins.
Primordial Wyrm's phases have consistent attack cycles.
Phase 1 (100%-75%)
Burning Eyes: Primordial Wyrm swims back and forth, facing the target and pausing to fire a consistent, line telegraphed burst of fireballs.
The position is determined before the boss fires the previous shots, at a consistent distance but subject to change due to momentum.
This occurs 6 times.
Make distance and hold completely still once it starts firing, the projectiles will completely miss.
Alternatively, hover back and forth away from the boss if in a bad position and without a mount to trivialize hovering.
This attack is easier in Phase 2.
Rising Wyrms: Primordial Wyrm disappears, charging up alongside 2 waves of Eidolon Wyrms, all of which follow pink line telegraphs.
This occurs 2 times in a row.
Move into a gap in the lines and avoid the rising Wyrms.
Crystal Spiral: A white orb appears nearby, Primordial Wyrm circling around it rapidly.
A 5 way converging spiral of crystal shards fly in towards the center.
Exiting the circle results in undodgable walls of flares.
This goes on for 10 seconds.
Stay between the shards and move with precision around the center.
Don't bother trying to attack without a fast homing weapon.
Spike Charges: Primordial Wyrm's eyes turn purple.
It follows the target before slowly charging several times, rapidly firing rings of spikes outwards.
Being too close causes the boss to not fire any spikes when it charges.
Fly away, ensuring the boss isn't aimed to pass over your position, if out of space to move, quickly dash through a gap in the spikes.
Phase 2 (75%-45%)
Previous attacks are buffed.
Swirling Bolts: Primordial Wyrm's face opens, revealing a portal, which fires spirals of telegraphed bolts, the position shifting over time.
It slowly follows, vulnerable the whole time.
Move away from the boss and memorize the swirling projectile trajectory.
Keep moving away and stay between the telegraphs and projectiles.
Phase 3 (45%-15%)
Split Crashes: Primordial Wyrm dashes vertically away from the target, hovering high above or below in a fixed position.
Line telegraphs give way to a consistent pattern of clones which dash and fire out 2 bursts of spikes, the inner burst being more dense.
This occurs 3 times total, before the boss returns.
Fly in one direction, flying up slowly to avoid the dash and remaining in a consistent safe spot to avoid the spikes shooting outwards.
Primordial Beam: Primordial Wyrm slowly moves towards the target, firing a beam which sweeps towards them.
Perpendicular bolts shoot out sideways, this occurs 3 times in a row.
Circle the boss's head closely to avoid the beam and projectiles.
Illusion Dashes: Primordial Wyrm disappears, a spiral of crystal shards flying in towards the target.
8 line telegraphs give way to harmless illusion Primordial Wyrms.
One is randomly pink, telegraphing the real boss, which deals contact damage.
Circle around the crystals, and be ready to ram dash or quickly move perpendicular to the pink line telegraph when it appears, as it dashes very quickly.
Phase 4 (15%-0%)
Terminus Chase: Primordial Wyrm follows the target, its damage reduction temporarily increasing.
The Terminus flies and chases the target with a giant beam, as well as telegraphed waves of projectiles.
Meanwhile, the charges with similar movement to Spike Charges.
Fly away, running from the boss and watching its position.
Stay in the gaps between the line telegraphs in the meantime.
The Terminus always follows from whichever side has less space, it will never be inescapable.

Extra Information:
Primordial Wyrm has 1,260,750 life.
Despite being a worm boss, only their head is vulnerable.
In the getfixedboi seed Primordial Wyrm is renamed to Jared.
This is a reference to a bit in the streamer Hectique's old Calamity Mod videos.
Having Chaos State while in the Abyss or during the fight results in Primordial Wyrm spawning/enraging and instant killing on contact.
It is invulnerable and impossibly fast to dodge during this state.
