Join us on a stunning hike in the Lake District, starting from the bottom of Kirkstone Pass and heading steeply up Hartsop Dodd, then on to Stony Cove Pike (Caudale Moor) and down via Rough Edge past old quarries. With epic views over Brothers Water, Red Screes, and Ullswater, this 5-mile circular route is a hidden gem — and we had it almost completely to ourselves! Originally planned as a wild camp, this hike turned into a brilliant morning walk with sketchy paths and a look at the Atkinson Memorial on John Bell’s Banner.
