I was really struck by it and I especially loved the vivid and reflective lyrics. Several years later I reimagined the song and was invited to record it in a session for the ‘Renascent’ album. Vini, Keir and Bruce are all wonderful people and musicians and I’ve always been really inspired by their approach to making music. Over the years they’ve been so positive about my singing and encouraged me to improvise and experiment; trusting the creative process.
