My First 3.0 League Single’s Match and it’s against a Pusher! 3.0 Brad vs 2.9 Erik (Highlights)

In this video my team allows me to play in my first singles match in league play. I actually showed up prepared to play doubles with the captain after challenging the co-captain to his S2 match and losing 6-7, 2-6, co-captain had to pull out do to miss reading the team match start time. I wasn’t confident at all to think I had a chance of winning since I haven’t won a singles match against a 3.0 since January but I wasn’t confident thinking a could make it close. Hey I’m Erik and I started playing tennis in March 2025. I have absolutely been loving it so far. My goal is to see how much I can improve at the game before the age of 40. I’m currently 38😬. Yes I’m UNC learning the game of tennis 14 months at the time of this video😅. I’m currently a 2.9 on the road trying to improve to an official 3.0-3.5. I have a ways to go but feel free to join me on this roller coaster of a journey to be the best tennis player I can be along with several of my tennis group rivals, competitors, and coaches who are helping me along the way.
