I’m shocked at how much I have cried lately during videos and after recording this I sat for several hours asking myself why such a big reaction? When I started this experiment I had a vision of my content being light and fun, expressive and helpful. I did not think I would blub all the time. Is this who I am? Is this what it means to be fully self expressed for me? It feels like a deal breaker for me. If I can’t except that sometimes this is how I show up … naturally … then what? What doors are open to me if I take off the mask and accept that this is a part of myself?
