Handmade University Bus Manufacturing in Pakistan | Complete Bus Restoration

This old university bus was in extremely poor and rusty condition, but we decided to give it a completely new life. The entire bus was carefully dismantled, and the old body was completely removed with the help of a crane. After removing the body, the chassis was thoroughly cleaned and washed before starting the rebuilding process. The most challenging part of this restoration was building the entire bus body completely by hand. Every panel, section, and part of the body was manually fabricated and fitted in a local workshop. No factory-made body was used. Step by step, the new body was built, fitted, repaired, prepared, and painted until this badly damaged old university bus was transformed into a completely new-looking bus. This is a true example of local craftsmanship, hard work, welding, fabrication, and mechanical restoration — turning an old rusty bus into something that looks ready for many more years on the road.
