Beyond the Frame Symposium 2026 | Connecting People with Art and Culture through Bloomberg Connects

In this short presentation, Kripa Gurung from Bloomberg Connects introduces the free digital platform that helps people discover and engage with arts and cultural organisations around the world. Powered by Bloomberg Philanthropies, Bloomberg Connects now supports more than 1,700 cultural institutions, from major national museums and galleries to smaller, community-based organisations such as Cromer Artspace. The platform provides digital guides, audio tours, multimedia content, accessibility features and multilingual resources, helping organisations reach wider audiences both on-site and remotely. Kripa discusses the importance of removing barriers to cultural participation, ensuring free access for both visitors and partner organisations, and using technology to amplify the visibility of arts organisations of all sizes.
