EP 15. No Cage: Sharks, a Sledgehammer and 25 Years of the Blue Wave

The guide chummed the water, there was no cage, and Jon's wife jumped straight in. This week Shyla, the boss lady of the Blue Wave, sits down with Jon, Steve and Deral for 25 years of bar stories: the day her dad refused the keys and Jerry pulled out a sledgehammer instead, what they found buried in the concrete floor, and why you never get between a bingo lady and the big pot. Plus manta rays in a pitch black ocean, a river rescue that went sideways, a bull trout that towed Jon around the lake, Shyla's crawdad side hustle, and frozen peas on an Xbox in a 120 degree garage.
