Borderlands 3 Where to get Bull Mozer Head Customisation

If you don't want to watch the video.. It drops from the Cash Trap Slot Machine in Moxxi's bar. Frequently asked in the comments here, and on my Twitch channel. "How do you get that head - where does Bull Mozer drop?" From memory I got it at Moxxi's vending machine very early on in the first few hours of playing the game. Thought I would go back and get 100% proof it does in fact drop there instead of simply saying it did.
