Chevrolet Equinox engine removal

So I have rewatched this video as I've replied to some comments and realized, this is the way I did these motors on my first few out of the top. I now take the intake manifold off EVERY single time. On Captiva, Equinox, Malibu, Vue I mean all the 2.2 and 2.4. I will take a video of how I remove very shortly. This method does work tho so no need to be afraid to try either option.
