Manlift Safety Training for Operators | On-the-Job Safety Training | Construction Site Safety

Today, I conducted an on-the-job training (OJT) session on manlift safety for all manlift operators at the construction site. The training focused on safe operation, pre-use inspection, proper use of safety harnesses, maintaining safe working practices, and preventing accidents while operating manlifts. As HSE professionals, regular training and现场 coaching are essential to ensure that operators understand the hazards and follow safe operating procedures. Key Safety Points: • Pre-use inspection of the manlift • Proper use of a full-body harness • Harness anchorage at the designated point recommended by the manufacturer • Safe positioning and operation • Awareness of overhead and surrounding hazards • Maintaining safe distance from line-of-fire areas • Following site HSE procedures and manufacturer instructions Safety First — Every Job, Every Time. #ManliftSafety #OJT #SafetyTraining #ConstructionSafety #HSE #WorkplaceSafety #MEWPSafety #FullBodyHarness #SafetyAwareness #CSP
