The Spider Sky-Shuttle and the Gecko Sky-MiniLoad both handle cases, and they reach the rack from opposite directions. 🕷️Spider works inside it. Each robot carries its own winch hoist, so one unit reaches any level in the aisle without a shared lift at the aisle end, and you keep the floor that lift would have taken. It handles cartons and totes up to 50 kg in the same rack, travels at 4 m/s, and works in aisles down to 1,000 mm. Throughput follows how many robots share the aisle, from around 100 cases an hour up past 1,000, so you add capacity by adding units instead of rebuilding steel. 🦎The Gecko Sky-MiniLoad (STU) runs on a modular rail system powered by a conductive sliding line, installed onto racking that is already standing. No floor work, no structural change to the shelves, and it fits 6, 9 and 12 metre racks as they were built. Each unit moves original cartons and several tote sizes up to 50 kg. Because the rail is modular, you extend the system as volume grows and take it with you when the operation moves. 🔄Both systems dock directly to conveyors, AMRs, lifts and pick stations, and both run today in pharmaceutical distribution, battery manufacturing, apparel fulfilment, aerospace and more. Tell us your building height, aisle widths and case volumes, and we will tell you which one fits. 🔗 https://www.bluesword.com/solutions/p... 🔗 https://www.bluesword.com/solutions/p... #BlueSword #Spider #Gecko #WarehouseAutomation #Intralogistics #CaseHandling #STU #ASRS #Robotics #SupplyChain #Logistics #SmartWarehouse
