SOLD: MINT! Holton H179 - New, Open Box!

This horn has been sold. The original listing can be seen here: https://www.boydsbrass.com/product-pa... This is a new model (made in 2024) Holton H179 double horn. It is in next to perfect condition and has hardly been played at all. The only damage on it is a very small scratch on the top of the horn (pictured as clearly as possible and also shown in the video). There isn't much to say about this horn other than it is in mint condition, and it plays amazing! The Conn 8D has recently undergone a series of updates - I can tell that the H179 has also followed suit, though certainly not as much 'hype' has come from the update of this horn. I can tell the horn is made very well. Certainly some parts have started being CNC machined and there are little updates all over the horn. Here is a list of what I've found: 1. Pull ring added to the 1st valve slide Bb side 2. No hand guard 3. Adjustable finger ring 4. Updated mouthpiece receiver (likely the same that they use on the 8D, but I can't prove that). This horn comes with the brand new original case, a brand new Holton Farkas MDC mouthpiece, the factory-included valve oil, and even the item number sticker in case you want it. This is a great player! I think it sounds great, will last a very long time, and will make a great horn for any player from a student all the way through professional player if looking for this type of horn.
